My aim when working with clients is to utilise not only my clinical skills and training in Counselling, Transactional Analysis or TA (an integrated and humanistic form of Psychotherapy) and Hypnotherapy, but also to offer a personal approach.
I find that working with this supportive, empathetic, humanistic and integrated therapeutic approach, helps people of all ages who have struggled with depression, stress, that “out of whack” or anxious feeling, clients who have been coping with life changing circumstances, alcohol problems, self-belief issues, or memories from the past that are interfering with the present.
If you’re struggling with issues in your life, or have only recently got a single problem that’s come up, then lets work together to understand what is going on for you.
Working in this supported way enables you to make the necessary changes that you have come to therapy to make, in a peaceful, calm, confidential and non-judgmental environment.
Where you feel safe and relaxed, and therefore able to “offload” and discuss thoughts, feelings, memories, personal issues or emotions that need processing and working through.
Where you feel heard and seen, no matter what your problem is.
Where you get the help you need.
Where we are able to get to the root of any problems.
Where you can find the self-belief you need to achieve anything you want, no matter what that is.
So… “let me, help you, to help yourself”.
